This morning I did 20mins on a stair machine.Next I used my nifty Daily Workouts App for a 30 min work out. I have the free version but its still pretty good. Gives you a random work out every time with videos and instructions. I also did 30 full back extensions. I really do need a personal trainer. I know there are some of you who want my sweet, nasty, sweaty socks and/or panties.
